I have spoken to the charities, I spoke to a debt advisor from NDL and later Royal British Legion, and they all gave advice that indicated I would have to reduce my payment to my parents.
Not an option.
So that is off the cards, until my parents are in the clear. That is how it is and I don't see a way of changing that.

Well if you cant speak to the bank, this CCJ will just have to wait until then. As you obviously won't be applying for any credit because you are in hiding, it won't make much difference to you whether the CCJ is there or not.
We can't give you advice without knowing more, because what you have said doesn't add up. Why would you let a house be repossessed with so much equity?0 -
The property was bought on the government homebuy scheme before it was cut. So the equity was taken back by places for people as they had second charge on property.0
