Yes and for very valid reasons. I will reveal myself to the creditors when I am in a position to.0 -
If your credit files have your current address on and you are on the electrolyte register you will be easily findable.BSCno.87The only stupid question is an unasked oneLoving life as a Kernow Hippy0

They don't have my current address on. Nothing is registered to where I live now.
I don't see why I need to explain why I can't go to the bank with my current address but it appears people would rather focus on the issue of why I can't rather than just advise on the question I have.
Thanks for trying to help but I obviously need to explain why. My parents took out a very large loan about 4 and a bit years ago (£31,500), in their name. They are on minimum wage and they did this to try and help me out. (bad thing to do even I know now but the intention was to help) I have been paying a monthly loan amount of £436.80 every month since then.
I since had lots of health/divorce and social problems and got myself into a position that was out of control and had to stop paying things and go under the Radar to protect the payment to my parents. They cannot afford to pay it for me. And I would rather kill myself than let me get into a position where I couldn't pay and pushed them into a financial mess on my behalf.
If I approach the lenders now, they will Attach earnings and or come to payment arrangements which will force me to treat my parents as any old creditor and accept a payment pro rata to them, (which wouldn't be enoguh and put them into financial mess).
So I am stuck having to wait until I paid my parents and then 2 years after then so a judge cannot take money back from them retrospectivly to redistribute. So that will be in Nov 2017.
I'd love to deal with it now because I want to start a fresh and not be on the run. But from a family point of view you must understand that I cannot. It's not like I am living it up, I eat on £20 a month and can't afford even a computer or to go out.0 -

If you can't afford to either go out or a computer; how did you post these comments?0 -

From work smart !!!!. Your comments are very helpful.0 -
You're digging yourself into an almighty hole by not speaking to your creditors. Call one of the debt charities, I appreciate it is not easy but you need to face up to your problems.0

Hi Michael your first step is to make a list of all your creditors, debts and assets. Secondly and most important is contact one of the following debt charities. Please try these they don't charge and are impartial. They will go through all your options with you and if they suggest bankruptcy then come back to this board and we will help you all we can. Also if you're not ‘clicking’ with one of the Debt charities do try another. We advise you to try at least two others for your own piece of mind.
Your BR could be refused if you have not sought advice.
Advice on here does not count, this has to be from one of the Debt Charities, an IP, an Accountant or a Solicitor. The Judge just wants to be sure that you can never come back and try and overturn the order on the basis that you were not aware of all the consequences.
