Hi in regrd to this post I revived a 'ticket' the other day in Lincoln whilst on a night out in home night club after looking into it there are signs saying private parking but the was at 11-2 ish at night and the car park wasn't lit very well so failed to see the signs due to 'inadequate lighting' I don't often go to Lincoln so the parking site was in known to me just wondering where I stand on this?

Your situation has nothing to do with this thread, can you please create your own unique thread below, and read the sticky threads by coupon mad on the link as well - thank
http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/forumdisplay.php?f=163When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

Sorry stroma forgot to mention it was cps uk who gave me the ticket, thought with this being about uk cps that it would be relevant to the topic0

Even if it is the same PPC and same location, YOUR situation is not the same. That's why we ask people to have their own threads, so we don't get cross-posting of advice.

Edit: I see a board guide has split this off into a new thread. (As Crabman says below - I was editing this reply as he was posting).
Was this a PENALTY Charge Notice or a PARKING Charge Notice? (I assume the latter seeing as it was UKCPS).
The NEWBIES thread (see my sig below) gives you all you need to know.0 -
