    If you've sent the letter and have proof of postage then go to moneyclaim.gov to start a court case.

    Their insurers offer them Indemnity so you don't have to wait for them. But would be expected to behave reasonably which it sounds like you have done.

    They'll likely settle well before it gets to hearing
