Hi
well , took the plunge cancelled SKY TV yesterday and moved over to infinity and BT TV , problem is , our TV aerial point , redundant till now is the wrong side of the room to where we will want the TV (where it is now , is how we wanted it when sky was installed)
I need to run aerial cable across skirting etc , approx 7 meters , should i buy and special cable or just bog standard co ax stuff ?
any tips appreciated

good stuff , so good quality cable , should help keep a good picture despite the length required being longer than you would normally want?Never, under any circumstances, take a sleeping pill and a laxative on the same night.0

I wouldn't worry about a 7m extension
That stuff isn't very lossy at the sort of frequencies you'll be using, the connectors are where the potential for significant loss or noise can be introduced, take care and do them properly.Change is inevitable, except from a vending machine.0 -
thats good to know.......thank you
i intend to install connectors as best as possible! (have ordered both products)Never, under any circumstances, take a sleeping pill and a laxative on the same night.0 -

I've bought stuff from Wilkies in the past and found them good.Liverpool is one of the wonders of Britain,
What it may grow to in time, I know not what.
