Can I return a phone I bought via an upgrade?

I upgraded today to EE from orange and paid 39.99 to get a samsung s4. However I'm not sure about the phone and was thinking about going down to an s4 mini (which is free)
Am I able to return the phone, keep the package but downgrade the phone and get a refund? As I paid for the handset isn't this returnable? I'd understand if it was free

A phone is never free. When supplied in conjunction with a service, it is funded wholly or partially by the monthly charge for the service. That is not free, as you have to pay something.jimmy_boy81 wrote: »I'd understand if it was free0 -
Instore or online? Have you put the SIM in it?
With Vodafone if done online you get x amount of days to try the phone. But as soon as you put a SIM in it. Its yours.
The mini is not a patch on the S4. In fact i prefer my old S2 to the S4 mini.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0
