Hi All,
I sent the letter and indicated that i will be informing DVLA. I also had the photos with it. THey only sent me the same type of letter they have been sending me. i don't know what the next step is now. they are just ignoring all my letters, and I have already done the best that i can.0 -
Well as mentioned above keep robustly responding to them, if they'll be stupid enough to go to court you will have an audit trail of them being unfair and not responding to letters, they can't possibly say they have responded when you don't receive any replies. Just keep sending complaints to the bpa, and also the dvla as well. When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

Well, tell us what the BPA and DVLA have said, seeing as you knew to complain to them & the sticky thread gives you the email addresses, so we assume that's been done already.seaweed5254 wrote: »I sent the letter and indicated that i will be informing DVLA.
