It might be best to just give them a quick call and ask how long before you need to cancel them. If it's 30 days then I would give them the 30 days notice, let the last payment go out and cancel the direct debit.

Call up and they will make you a offer, if your not happy then decline

If O2 Online either request a pac or give 30 days verbal notice over the phone

If O2 Offline either request a pac or get the dix address from them and send in your 30 days notice

as for 3 not a clue.

ps only get the pac if you intend to move the number to payg

So would an O2 contract picked up via an online retailer such as mobileshop be classed as online or offline? I would expect it to be online but I remember reading somewhere that it is offline. Also which are the better for value?

I would have been able to tell you if i stilled work for them.

Do you get a paper bill, if so = offline

Both offer good value, neither is better then the other.

Offline. O2 Online is only available direct from O2.

O2 Online offer more value for money as the tariffs usually have greater monthly allowances than the offline equivalents.

If however you are comparing an online contract with an offline contract from a dealer then the latter will usually represent better value.
