what constitutes living together?

Just staying with someone at weekends counts as "weekend guest" in my book, even if sex comes into it as well. After all, many people from Posh Backgrounds go off to stay in country houses of relatives and/or friends at the weekend, but they're definitely not "living there"..so what's the difference?
In your particular case...no you aren't living with your girlfriend unless you really ARE living with her (ie have moved in with her).0 -

What happens "in your book" is immaterial if you read the op. He wants to live there every weekend not popping to a friend on an occasional country house weekend. The op says moving in with his girlfriend and she is claiming benefits as a single person. Its not that we have more patience as we grow older, its just that we're too tired to care about all the pointless drama
