Fitted blinds quote - venetian

fitting the blinds to the bay is no harder than fitting to your straight windows. you just need to measure correctly.
measuring using a piece of paper is simply is simply a way of finding the points that the headrails of the blinds will meet each other. you then measure from these points to find the correct widths for your blinds.
You need to know the depth of the headrail that you will have on whatever blinds you buy. Make a note of how far handles and any extra trims stick out from the windows as you will need to make sure that the blind doesn't foul the handles when they open etc.
eg, if you have a 5cm headrail and the handle is 3cm out, you would measure 8cm away from the windows.
this site shows an easy way to measure using bits of cardboard. http://www.wooden-blinds-direct.co.uk/guides/index/bay_window0
