Problem with online payment to Aqua.

I have them listed as just 'Aqua' on my Barclays internet banking.
When it gives you the drop down option to select Aqua, just click away from it by going straight to the sort code/account number box.
I did not have this option. When I started I simply got a box asking for the payee. At that point there were no other boxes, no other options given. Only by putting a name in the payee box did it then go to the next stage, which was the drop down menu giving the pre listed account details, which of course were wrong, they were the old details.
I have now managed to pay for this month using my old CO OP bank account and card reader. I will have my Barclays Bank card reader in time for the payment next month. I will have another try then.0
