I am looking for prices based on multi stop thailand trip for 2.5 weeks in March and wanted to know if anyone has any recommendations for any TA they have used to provide competitive prices?

If you are visiting multiple destinations within Thailand then just get a flight their and buy local travel separately. If you want multiple stopovers on the way to Thailand, Trailfinders are likely to be helpful.0

The best person to book a multi-stop trip around Thailand is yourself.
Thailand is a very easy and cheap country to travel around and there is loads of information on hotels, flights, trains etc available online. Not only is is cheaper than using a TA but you'll get something which suits you perfectly and I always find that the research and planning that goes into booking a trip is half the fun of the holiday.
What route were you thinking of? There are a lot of Thailand regulars on this forum who can help out.0 -
Do you want all of the flights on one ticket?
Which airline do you want to fly to Thailand on from the Uk?Posts are not advice and must not be relied upon.0 -

There really is no benefit of having internal flights on the same ticket as it will just make thing more difficult if you need to change any of the legs.
Air Asia have an extensive network in Thailand and neighbouring countries but be aware they use the "old" airport at Don Muang rather than the unpronounceable airport at BKK used by the main carriers. Transfers between the airports can be a pain so are best avoided.
Bangkok Airways and Thai also serve plenty of destination and use the main airport so are better for connections.
Lots of information on trains at http://www.seat61.com/Thailand.htm though I would avoid long distance buses unless you really need to save money and aren't in a rush to get anywhere.
With 2.5 weeks to play with, I'd say that you have enough time for 3 or 4 areas. Try to do any more and you'll just spend too much time travelling. if it's your first time in Thailand then I'd spend 3 or 4 nights in and around Bangkok, go north to the Golden Triangle (Chiang Mai/Chiang Rai) before heading to a beach - whether the east or west coast is better will depend on the time of year - then back to Bangkok for one final night before your flight home.
Opinions vary though and I'm sure PompeyPete will be along soon and suggest something totally different

If you want someone to plan everything for you, flights and hotels, I would recommend Kuoni. However I would agree with everyone else, half the fun is planning it yourself!0

According to my kids anyway.
Thought you'd been to Thailand loads of times. :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:Who made hogs and dogs and frogs?

I have - but it's one of those Thai tongue twisters that I've never been able to master.

I agree with booking all yourself - far more fun planning that way too!
First time i went to Thailand booked all in though - booked with travelbag. Reasonable price and they were helpful on accomodation too.
Since then done it all myself though.0
