Phones4u insurance

Hi all, wonder if anyone can point me in the right direction, basically like a fool ive taken out phones4u care insurance after being told by their member of staff i was covered for 'everything' and not to worry if anything happened, i was never given or shown the terms of the insurance etc just asked to sign being told it was equivalent to the policy i held previously which did cover me for everything. Ive complained to phones4u who have basically ignored my issue / complaint yet a quick google search shows they were fined 2.8 million in july 2013 for the exact same reason.

' Shoddy complaints handling by the company that oversees customer services for those buying mobile phone insurance through Phones4U has resulted in a £2.8 million fine by the regulator. '

Any idea whom else i should go to get a sensible resolution

Why can't you just cancel the policy? In writing of course?
Sometimes the best phone insurance is to not have a policy, the owner will make damn sure they don't leave it in view to be stolen etc.
