    Good morning all,

I am so very sorry to hear your news snoozer,it's horrible losing a parent (((hugs)))

    NPM-
hope you get some sleep soon and the form finished x
I have to take the neighbours dog out this afternoon because she is visiting her son who is in hospital in Yorkshire. Can't manage her and Lylapup together so thats 2 walks I'll be doing.I should be as thin as a lath :D.This morning we went to look at Lylas unofficial paddling pool in the fields, its getting deeper and wider.I hope my coat is dry for later,it was heavy rain at one point and its soaking

We've got someone coming to take a photo of our car shortly-someone booted the passenger door last week,DS1 had gone to watch footy at his mates and parked outside. There is cctv and we now have footage of the little sh8 who did it.Its being passed to the police but it'll be a waste of time.Anyway the insurance want a photo so they know what part is needed. The dent person said its too bad to be pulled out.

Tea is something with chicken breast, currently looking at a recipe in an old Goodfood mag, chicken masala pie but there looks to be a lot of ingredients in it  I'm having a baked spud for lunch,I cooked 4 last night in case DS1s mate wanted some tea,he called after work and sometimes will stay & eat,but not last night.

I want to sort the big chest freezer today after insurance bod has been, see whats lurking.I did it before Xmas so it shouldnt be too bad,but the clips that hold a basket onto the top so you can slide it along have broken and the basket just has to rest on the food inside now,so one side isnt getting checked as often.

Hope you all have the best day you can x

  • Snoozer I am so sorry to hear that your Mum passed last night (((((Hugs))))) to you and your family x

Had retinopathy clinic this morning and my vision is really blurry and will be for the rest of the day, I hate the drops they really sting, it is like having soap in your eyes, luckily the stinging doesn't last too long DD says that it looks like I have had a session on Meth and DH says I look like an Anime character because my pupils are so big, I will be glad when it wears off. I will get the results in two weeks
I have to go back in three to six months to be checked again so that they can compare the pictures of my eyes and then annually after that.

Still not heard from the eye clinic though or the op I think I will have to chase them up.

I have physio for my neck on Thursday that will be another £4.00 to park, it is criminal what hospitals charge for parking, they even charge £1 to drop off and pick up

    Dinner tonight is shepherd spy

    Morning all,

Snoozer, I'm sorry to hear your Mum has died. Although expected, it doesn't cushion the blow,

JulieGeorgiana I have a love/hate relationship with my hoovers. They don't seem to last me any longer than 18 months and I too need a lightweight hoover as it gets dragged up and down the stairs most days because I vacuum daily because of dog hairs. If money and space was no issue I'd have two and keep one upstairs.

    Jobs for today:

[strike]Go to the florist to get some flowers for my living room.[/strike]
    [strike]Vacuum upstairs[/strike]
    [strike]Vacuum stairs[/strike]
    [strike]Vacuum downstairs[/strike]
    [strike]kitchen floor[/strike]
    Accounts

I'm a bit behind today so I'd best get on with it.

    Have a good day all,

Snoozer I'm so sorry to hear of your Mum's passing; may her journey be a peaceful one.

Butterfly your horse-piddle charges for drop off and pick up?? That really is taking the p***

I haven't been around much for a few days - up to my ears with looking after Evie, who has just gone home this morning, having been here for the past five days.

She's only eight months old; willful, headstrong, very exuberant, and a real sweetheart. :o

I have some time without dogs now (unless a last minute booking comes in) then Jessie will be returning on Feb 14th, for the weekend.
If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)

It's one of those days, so a flying visit to say normal boring posts should resume tomorrow.

Thank you for all your thoughts. I probably won't have time to get on tomorrow morning so I thought I'd thank you now.

Epic day of organising and sorting and more to come tomorrow.

SNOOZER so sorry to hear your news, huge hugs x

Not been around for a while, have worked 6 out of last 7 days, work is chaos and we have no staff so I am exhausted, and when I get tired am over emotional, so been feeling like poo! Hopefully things will ease off soon.
Off to empty the WM again, tomorrow will be an ironing marathon
