On friday I received an email from Vodafone telling me current bill was available to view online. It is a lot higher than I expected it to be so I thought I would go to the website, since friday the my account website says it is not available at the moment because they are upgrading their site, it still says this now. Why is this company so rubbish.

Their site does seem down a lot and the message given adds to the irritation as it so obviously is not true.

    Hi telboyo,

Our My Vodafone service was temporarily unavailable for part of last week due to some essential upgrades taking place. However, this was confirmed as resolved on 25 January.

As you're still unable to access your bill and also have a query regarding it, could you email me with your details via the link in our profile here so I can get things looked into further?

All you need to do is copy and paste the link into your web browser and it'll take you to the Contact us form on our website. To make sure it reaches me could you also quote the code WRT135 - MSE in the subject line?

Once sent you'll receive an automated reply with a reference number. So I can make sure I've got it could you update the thread with this and I'll get back to you as soon as possible?

    Kind regards,

    Lee
