Not everyone's looking for a bargain on ebay. There are many items on there in the thousands.

Give it a try, plus the suggestions above. If you google 'ellis 11131 wedding for sale' you'll see most of these selling options have been tried before (not sure if they actually sold). One ad shows the first line saying it was in the shop at £1k so I wouldn't be getting your hopes up at getting all your money back.

Does it have tags still? If not, I wouldn't expect more than half what I paid.

Not sure why you'd buy a second dress rather than getting the first one altered elsewhere?? But beside the point now I guess :)

its a 12 i think, prior to required alteration

Im not sure why my now wife didnt get it altererd elsewhere, I think it was a timing thing, I know it was fairly close to the wedding that the shop closed, maybe it was just easier to buy elsewhere to make sure she was sorted?

It does have all the tags etc and its jacket etc..Its basically as it would be in the shop. I will investigate these second hand places, theres a lot about

some good ideas here - my friend and I bought a load of ex display and sample dresses which we're selling slowly but surely. Good luck with selling yours!
