    a lot of time the lack of thanks shows what the UK has come to? sssooooo many rude and ungrateful people eh? maybe we should start a thread "Is the UK Public rude, ungrateful and greedy?" eh?

    YES!! but no doubt it would be classed as spam, or off topic and reported!
    Many a time i have been insulted by ungrateful people, but having that in my sig made it worse :(

    I opened it from your photo album; used my mouse to select the whole image; then right clicked. From the menu that dropped down I selected 'copy image'. I then opened a blank Word document and pasted the image into it. With the mouse I then enlarged the image until it was a reasonable size.

    However, the quality of the lettering in the enlarged image is rather poor, so that the instructions to the retailer are difficult to read. I don't know if this will work: any recent experiences?
