Day one for me, took in sausage and cabbage stew, also a bagel with cheese and home-made chutney, which was yum.

    Hi all.
Have taken inspiration from the 'salad in a jar' link,.and have prepared a falafel salad for tomorrow.
Will add and update in the morning.
  • Today is my first day at my new job, starting at 11 but would usually be 8.30am. I'm taking with me some tomato soup and bread. Nothing too exciting today.

Unexpected day off work, as my 9 yr old isn't very well :( But still treating it as a LTW because its all prepared in the fridge already.
  • Day 1 for me!:D

Spicy parsnip soup and some satsumas. Not really what I wanted but bread was moldy when I got up this morning and was all that was left in cupboard :(

Still at least I took it rather than buyng something else. Would probably sit in cupboard for ages if not lol.
