What is the Best Tablet ?

Imo no need to spend Samsung/Apple money on a tablet for what you are going to use it for!
I got the Nook HD+ 16gb (they actually sent me a 32 gb one by mistake as well!) for £87.50 (£85 plus £2.50 P&P) delivered from CEX online. OK, it's classed as second hand, but Grade A and TBH when it arrived it looked brand new! Still got a 12 month warranty from CEX anyway. The screen is full HD and absolutely stunning (the 9" size makes it a great compromise between the too small for browsing 7" and too big to carry around 10" tabs imo), now has full google play store etc. Just a thought...0 -
You started a thread with the same question a couple of weeks ago to which people made the effort to reply and yet you failed to respondI am looking to get either a Samsung tablet or Ipad mainly for betting on the move.Do the tablets show streaming sports ok and display most betting sites ok ?
I am looking for the cheapest option which works with both the above.

Many of those sports sites will be using Adobe Flash I guess. Flash is completely unsupported on the iPad, and support has ceased on Androind (the Samsung). You can still install it with a little bit of tweaking.0

As you are betting and therefore winning buy the best .0

idevices still dominate the market, but the cheaper Android tablets are gaining a lot of market share.
No mass market streaming site will use a flash only solution that prevents its use on a iDevice or a newer Android tablet. To do so would stop potential customers, and remember many customers will not have a clue how to sideload Flash on to android they just want something to work out of the box.0 -
Indeed. iPlayer and the like. That's not what we're talking about though, is it? We're talking about dodgy streams of football matches that may or may not be legal. Very often Flash and not mobile optimised. No mass market streaming site0 -
Nexus 7 gets my vote. Best tablet by a mile.0
