Use the same car shampoo product?

Bought a year old Citroen C3 a few months ago, I had the bodywork done with Pure Guard body care through the dealer, I have nearly used all the shampoo and can't find anymore on the internet, can anyone recommend an other shampoo that would do the job or should I go back to the dealer and use the same product?

Ouch, live and learn I guess..... Never go for the quadraspaz paint protection, they make sooooooooo much money on that it's unbelievable. Just another thing they add on to compensate for any "discount" they gave on the car.

Go grab yourself some Autoglym products.

    Thanks
It won't have a detrimental effect on whatever they put on the paintwork?

Isn't whatever they put on the paintwork supposed to protect it?
Don't get sucked into the marketers net, the paint sealant is a sacrificial layer you don't need to be protecting it, most shampoos will be fine.

Autoglym Bodywork Shampoo Conditioner is among the best on the market.

It definitely won't harm any previously applied treatment.
  • Jetwash and Truckshine shampoo once a week keep mine fresh.

Used to use Autoglym, noticed most people in car club using Meguiars. Now I use Meguiars NXT, Meguiars Gold is also good.

I'd also recommend Meguiars Gold class or the Ultimate Wash & Wash for extra protection this time of year. Take a look at sites such as https://www.cleanyourcar.co.uk but be careful, you'll easily get hooked. ;)

Same here, but then again, I don't really buy into any of these expensive car shampoos, imo they all do the same thing! As long as it gets the crap off, who cares!
