I do have my own thread, I was really just commenting that I don't currently have access to the signs myself, and that is absolutely the same car park. Therefore the sign for mine will be the same0

Well if you have your own thread please use it otherwise the advice becomes disjointedWhen posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

Hi all, this morning I got appeal rejection letter from CPM. It was on the grounds of: Not displaying a valid permit;
Photographic supports this statement;
With regards to the fee, it is a pre-estimate of loss. By parking in the restricted area in clear breach of the restrictions, you have agreed to pay the fees stated upon the warning notices placed within the area.
It also goes on to say there was prominent signage etc.
It says I have 28 days to appeal to POPLA, so I guess I should start the ball rolling. CouponMad did PM me an appeal a couple of months ago, I was wondering if this was still relavent, or had things changed a little since then? A quick browse through the forums, and I couldn't see many changes. A little pointer in the right direction would be appreciated, many thanks in advance, B.0 -

Nothing has changed but check out the version that the other poster used (not Cazador). Read the other one whose thread was about a PCN from exactly the same place and the thread title was something like 'PCN in the dark'. They won at POPLA last week.PRIVATE 'PCN'?
