Topcashback access problem

Sorry if this is not the right place to post this, but nowhere else looks any better. I'm having problems accessing topcashback properly from my laptop - ipad is fine.

The first problem was that the link from topcashback to any site to buy from didn't work. Now I've been logged off and can't get back in at all. I ended up changing my password via the forgotten password link, but it still won't let me in. Anti-virus and anti-spyware are up to date and recently scanned and I've tried getting rid of all cookies and clearing the cache, but still can't get in.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated!

Have you tried using a different browser? The site works fine for me with both Chrome and IE.

Sorry, I should have included that in my post. Yes, I've tried both Chrome and IE. I used to be able to get in on the laptop. I've no idea why I can't now. It's obviously not a problem with my account as I can still access it via the ipad. I'm not aware of having made any settings changes on either the laptop itself or browsers.
