Best micro to mini SIM adapter?

Any recommendations for a micro to mini (normal) SIM adapter? I've seen some on Amazon but they have mixed reviews.
I've previously used a PYG SIM when I wanted to use an old phone for places where my new phone might get damaged, but it would be easier just to swap my contract SIM in, then I wouldn't have to use a different number and top up.

If not I'll try Phones4U - the ones on Amazon were reviewed saying they caused damage so would prefer a more 'official' one.Save £200 a month : [STRIKE]Oct[/STRIKE] Nov Dec Jan Feb Mar Apr0

An 'official' adapter is going to be exactly the same size and shape as an 'unofficial' one

If it's a long term thing get your network to send a replacement. Otherwise, risk it.
In the past, when O2 sent out payg sim cards they sent an adapter too, not sure if they still do that.0 -
Yes, they give them out to anyone. Just say you read it in the Giffgaff forums; they have nano and micro SIM adapters. I tried it when I was on Orange (although I'm now on Giffgaff). They didn't ask for any proof that I was a Giffgaff customer. Giffgaff and O2 are both owned by Telefonica, and O2 shops support some Giffgaff tasks such as top-ups.0

No o2 shops don't support giffgaff nor do they issue topups or provide support.0
