Linton - to be honest my concern is that if the site has issues in accepting new accounts (ie before they have your business) then how reliable will it be afterwards.
I applied for an account today and it worked fine. Unfortunately, I need to prove my identify before they'll open the account. I can share my impressions of the platform once they've approved my account.0 -
The ii help desk got back to me - were very helpful and resolved the issue - seems it was to do with a free research account I'd set to back in 2008. So just got to arrange my exit from H-L now.0
