Failed Sky DD

Hi
My Sky (TV only) DD failed this month. No idea why. Although I have changed bank details twice (which may have confused things) all accounts have got sufficient funds. "My Sky" says i have to pay by other means but I have yet to receive an e-mail or letter advising me.
If I do nothing, will they re-attempt the DD? That is my preferred option as it is now moved to a Santander 123 and I would like the cashback.

You'll have to request Sky do this, but they may refuse if it was you that is at fault...0

Thanks for your reply. Couldn't see any way it was my fault, hence my reluctance to either pay for calling them or lose out on the cashback. MySky account is now showing that DD was requested today (without me getting in touch), so i'll keep an eye on my current accounts.0
