Dialaphone S4 mini
This is a cash back deal on Orange and I have been successful with many such deals.

At 21.99 pm but 7 months free means an effective cost of £15.58 pm over 24 months if you can stay within 250Mb data and 500min talk. For me this is a good deal that could also attract a £40 cash back. So at best it could be £333 for two years.
Does anyone know if current Dialaphone S4 mini deals are locked to Orange and will it comes with bloat ware?
