hello everyone,
just wondering if you can still claim back default charges from credit cards?

If you could claim them back before, you can try and claim them back now.
But...why are you incurring them in the first place? Prevention is always better then the cure! If you can't afford to make a payment one month, take a cash advance on the card and use that to make the payment. 9 times out of 10 it'll come off the cash balance so the extra interest will be minimal.
But if you're so close to the limit you can't do that, you have bigger problems to worry about than £12 default fees.0 -
