When posting I cant use smilies, is there anywhere in my settings I can access them?

Hi,

there was a similar post some time ago, seems it was to do with a recent IE update.

Some peeps using IE11 and above were having the same problem but they were able to 'drag & drop' the smilies from other posts.

Thanks, if I cant fix it with one click it can stay broken, not very pc literate.
