vodafone dispute please help!!!
Hi help needed please took out a contract in early August on Vodafone via carphone warehouse recieved the item next day but there was no phone inside spoke to both car phone warehouse and vodaphone who said they will investigate they send me a disclaimer which I sent back the following month I was billed for 2 contracts (already have a voda contract) spoke to voda who adjusted amount and charged me for the one the following month same again spoke to them and they billed me for the one again - into the third month got billed again on this occasion voda said I have to pay both bills as the 2nd contract was still running- I explained that although I have the SIM the phone was never recieved so SIM was never used still sealed in my drawer. They told me to speak to carphonewarehouse - spoke to them and they are saying that the disclaimer was never recieved so they never cancelled contract and I am liable. And why had it took me two months to query it.
Now the problem is Vodafone are billing me for 2 contracts even if I pay the bill for the one I have got the phone is still barred for outgoing calls as have overdue balance on other one. What do I do I have to pay bill for 2 phones when only have one and that is also temporarily barred.do I start using the second SIM without a phone just for the sake of it and pay for the 2 bills or what???
