Thanks for all your help Enterprise, looks like it was the digital recorder, linked the tv straight to aerial and tuned it in and have all the channels back. :T
We did try retuning the digital recorder earlier without luck so I guess it has broken.
Good job I only paid £30 for it in Ts one day, they had a sale outside in trolley bays and me and Dodo happened to be there at right time. Exactly the same one was £100 in store next day would have not been happy if had paid that.0 -
Not for the faint hearted or those easily upset but after the discussion last night about nerfys wife and the foot pump:eek:

The only other thing I can suggest is retuning it but probably not a good idea if your signal was bad anyway.
The only way to answer the question is to either try the TV on another aerial or try a different TV on yours. The digital recorder could be the problem, wish I was there to test it out for you, it is one of the things we do !
So I guess it's the digital recorder's tuner that has gone wrong, Mr TS said when he retuned it the names of the channel showed but no pictures.
Really do appreciate your help. Thank you xx0 -

:hello: Good afternoon (or whatever time of day you read this at:D):). Are there any glitches on Avs Sainsbobs that I ought to know about (shopping instore not online) before I go out for my shopping? (TIA.)
The 84p paid for the Ibuprofen:D. Which gets me posting, in connexion(:rotfl:) with something I was already wondering about a day or so ago. My first ever womble was for 44p:) - which I eagerly printed off. But nowadays that falls for me in the 'not worth printing' category, though I did once claim one for 7p in the final few days of a month as my tenth claim of the month. (Don't post. Don't ask!:D)
I'm wondering about one though - an offering of 75p:question:. It's not desperately bad but, with there being much better to be found, it's on that borderline for me as to whether to print. I'm thinking about it (don't think too long, Savvy:rotfl::rotfl:;):rotfl::o). That said my total shopping bills these days are struggling to reach £10 let alone get that much back. (I might do a £6 shop later, for £3.50 back:rotfl: - it is so difficult when being so savvy and spending and buying as little as possible in the first place:D:cool::).)0 -
