Been busy all morning scrubbing kitchen floor. Radiator being moved tuesday ( as oh had it moved to a side wall before he moved out as he was going to open up chimney- so kitchen is always cold) so decorating tommorow in preparation and decided the tiles need a good clean. I have a couple of lovely radiator covers in shed thought I might use one in kitchen but do they stop the heat getting out?

Also had a letter in post to say I might be a match for a bone marrow patient. How exciting!!

Are you sure it comes straight from the aerial to the TV and is not via a booster/splitter in the attic. Have you got another TV in the house?

No we are very basic here, just the aerial no booster, it's something we were thinking about getting as signal has been getting worse lately. We haven't changed anything since we moved in in 1995 except for tv.

Not sure if anyone left like us most have cable as such a bad area.

Afternoon all. I've just done a mega romp through the last 50 pages or so.

Hugs to rhos and others and congratulations aau. Nice to see JB around and I have been in touch with Tom and he is absolutely fine, just a bit busy and taking a break. JB, I sang in Saltaire Park a year or two ago, my group did one of the Sunday afternoon bandstand concerts and it was lovely. It was the last time we sang together :(.

I'm in the process of making a special present for all of you which I will post in the next day or two when it is finished. I hope it will put a smile on one or two faces. :)

Edit: good luck bubbs I am crossing my fingers for you. x
    Hope is not a strategy.

Have you asked any neighbours if they've lost their signal, and can you borrow a portable TV to try out the aerial on another TV?
