Immediate neighbours both have cable. No portables they were all analogue ours is probably classed as portable anyway it's not big, we have a digital recorder connected so I have suggested Mr TS takes that out of the equation and tries just the tv plugged in.
It's not the tv I don't think as he can watch things he has recorded ok.0 -

Problem is the tuner can go on TVs!
The only other thing I can suggest is retuning it but probably not a good idea if your signal was bad anyway.
The only way to answer the question is to either try the TV on another aerial or try a different TV on yours. The digital recorder could be the problem, wish I was there to test it out for you, it is one of the things we do !What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0 -

Tinyshoes - just one other thought, has your aerial been blown off target by the wind? Is there any more around that you can compare it to? Unlikely but just trying to figure out what might have happened! What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0

This always happens - I'm waiting for somewhere else to go down to 30p each on the yogs before getting them. Ibuprofen is already on my list for Tvs A (unfortunately for your own shop) following a price increase in Mr S (which doesn't match on own brands).0
