Morning all. I'm fuming with A. Did a C&c order, just for normal stuff. Due to collect between 8am and 9am and I get a text at 7.50am to say my order is cancelled. When I called, they said its cos my order of £25 was paid for ith e vouchers. It must be £25 paid in cash/card the the e vouchers on top. I argued the case and said I have £25 in vouchers so why can't I use them, instead of having to spend £50 to use my £25 e vouchers. This happened to anyone else?

I'm so cross :eek:thought I was getting ahead of myself doing online shopping. Thoughts anyone please? I'm going to escalate it obviously and have a read of terms and conditions

Think A have picked on the wrong one messing with our tyger

Oh went to a store I had already got the garnier from yesterday and today the 3 for £6 didnt come off... correct lynx and cream... plus he couldnt ask for refund or the Gift card cos there is no lable showing to say its on 3 for £6..
So if u do find one with a sel showing the 3 for £6 then u can get both apg and a £2 gift card!!

I have just done a garnier shop and although it has compared as it should, there is no discount on my receipt for buying the 3 for £6.
The ticket did say only the lynx was in the 3 for £6 offer , but forgot to check at the till as also doing a party shop for 45 kids , for tonight, so got distracted.
    My results:
    0.21 x ASDA Bananas per kg£0.14£0.14
    0.15 x ASDA Braeburn Apples per kg£0.29£0.29
1 x Garnier Skin Naturals Soft 24hr Nourishing Day Cre...£4.00£2.00
    1 x Cadbury Milk Chocolate Spread (400g)£1.99N/A
1 x Garnier Skin Naturals Fresh 24hr Hydrating Day Cre...£4.00£2.00
1 x ASDA Protect Extreme Fresh Mouthwash (500ml)£1.48£0.65
    3 x Alpro Soya Chilled Milk (1L)£3.84£4.17
1 x Nestle Kit Kat Chunky Bar (48g)£0.60£0.20
    1 x Soft & Gentle Sensitive Antiperspirant Deodorant (...£1.00£0.20
    Comparison total (compared products only)£15.35£9.65
I paid £20.53 and got an apg for £6.67

This happened to me too, I just bought these 3 items which someone previously posted:
Garnier Fresh Essentials day cream( enriched with grape water) b/c 8983
Garnier Soft Essentials day cream (enriched with rose water) b/c 2832
Lynx Recover bodyspray, lime green colour b/c 8967
No multibuy at the till. It was a right palava trying to explain to CS that they were in the offer online. Eventually they let me swop the garniers for 2 lynx and refunded so I got the 3 for £6 offer. I think it's only worth buying theses 3 items if the SEL says they're in the offer, but even then my store will argue that they're not part of the same deal

    Xmas Saver!
For those who didn't get the £14 Moet..

My best mate went into her Co-op yesterday on the off chance but they didn't have any...but they did tell her that Lanson was going to be £14.99 today.

She called in today on the way home from work and this is what she has emailed me:

''... I went into co op to get the Lanson but there was a problem with pricing at head office and wasn't coming up at £14.99 so the manager is apparently going to sort this out tomorrow. They have agreed to put one aside for me to collect on Monday...''

Ok not as good as the Moet but not bad for Lanson I think?
