  • Thinking of doing a burger and tuna shop tomorrow, has anyone tried the Plenty big one for that? I still have the vouchers, didn't have chance to try it while it was cheap in T but notice it ways £2 in Morries on msm>

    Creamed leeks, works lovely with a roast (not an innuendo :rotfl:).

    Slice up leeks in 1-2cm chunks, chuck in a frying pan, fry in a bit of butter, crumble in a veggie stock cube and pour some single cream on - tasty as. :D
