I've just come back from my timed run/walk for a mile.
In this crappy, horrible weather, going into the wind and rain, I shaved a minute off my time from last week :j :j :j
Next timed one is in two weeks, so you never know, I might even be able to do it in less than 10 minutes:rotfl:
AND, as if that wasn't enough for me, I've managed to get to 20 sit ups :j

Hi Tiny, you have a pm.
Thanks to this site I can manage my money and my priorities. I too can choose to work part-time, or full-time when I want to. I can cope with change, and I know that I can always get good advice here."We have to be kind because everyone is fighting a great, great battle" - Sir Richard Attenborough

We lost a fence panel too yesterday but just about managed to get it sorted without getting soaked. But we've found a bigger problem with the fence on our never there neighbours side- every one of the panels is loose so we've propped them up on our side with planks of wood but they aren't going to stay up that long
Yesterday I saw my bench cover being lifted up and away by the wind. It went off towards the left of my house, but by the time I got out there, it was gone and I couldn't see it in my neighbours garden, so assumed that it was gone forever.
This morning we found it in the front garden 5 houses down the road the other way :rotfl::rotfl:
