    Just a though re: burgers...

These burgers shouldn't be on the comparison at all. Does the glitch only happen when you buy 3?

What would happen if someone bought 5 packs of these burgers?

Which of the following would you pay and what would PP think you paid?

£17 (3F£10 and 2F£7) is what I reckon you should pay. Anything else is grounds for DTD
    £18 (2 lots of 2F£7 and 1@£4 each)
    £18 (3F£10 and 2@£4 each))
    £19 (2F£7 and 3@£4 each)
    £20 (5@£4 each)

I realise the best result probably comes from just buying 3 ...I'm just wondering if anyone knows what would happen

Would there be a boost from DTD if the till can't cope with you buying 5 (like A's tills can't cope if you buy enough mullers)?

It's just a thought. If anyone wants to test then feel free. It could be useful to someone if their store only has 5 packs left

Plus it seems that conditional spends are being posted out right now so it might help you reach the threshold ;)
when I got the mince in the same offer a few months back, I DID get the glitch on all 5. ie multi showed on receipt but not on pp. but there was no "offer" in other store like 2 for ??.

edit the multi on receipt was all under the one discount
    2 for £7 3 for £10 and worked out correctly at - £3

Every home should have one. Loving the loo roll stash - have you considered building a armchair out of it? :D
    Hope is not a strategy.

    Hi,

I don't know if anyone can help , but my 14 year old DS hasn't got any hobbies so i suggested he do another GCSE in his spare time. He is happy to do this but we couldn't find a GCSE that he was interested in that didn't have a controlled assessment. The only one we can find in an A'Level in Pure Maths and Statistics. It would be a good challenge for him and give him something to do rather than play the computer.
The only problem is he is so MSE he won't let me pay for the course. ( I am allowed to pay for the exam). So does anyone know of where i could get the coursework for free?
    Thanks in advance.

I'd prob ask school first. Do they do "Gifted & Talented" or "Academically More Able"? In which case they may fund and poss provide a 6th form student mentor for support.

Some Universities run outreach programmes eg Sheffield have SOAMS for Y10+ who may be considering medicine. Poss worth exploring whether any local to you have anything available.

I have clumps of chives growing, a (only one) raspberry plant growing, my bluebells are coming up and my rhubarb has broken the ground
