Parking Control Management UK LTD (and how to defeat them)

Chances are if you are reading this you have received a parking ticket at some point. And if you are PCM Ltd, you might want to hire some more people to read emails.
My solution is similar to scambaiting, and involves occupying their employees' time through email.
I won't go into the details of why my 'invoice' was unfair, but the legally compliant solution to push them towards going out of business is for more people to do as follows:
1) Create an email address (or multiple) with a pseudonym.
2) Invent a vehicle registration/ref number for ticket, or start the email off without mentioning either, saying you want to appeal or asking some general question that occupies their time.
3) Wait for their response, repeat.
4) You could also automate the above process, but I can't advise this because I'm not sure if using automated email is legal.
I tried this strategy before with Meteor Parking and I assure you it works - they caved, and it was amusing. They have employees, and they have limited resources. The more people who do this the more their business will become unviable.
Let me know your comments people!

Have to admit I do like reading about Nigerian scam-baiting and I like to wind up PPI callers on the telephone! Fair play to you if you have time to do what you have explained above; I for one would not criticise as I hate PPC World!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

PPC World?
Meteor Parking and PCM UK Ltd are just two companies. I'd be interested in collecting the "appeals" email of all of them and sending out the same time-wasting email.
Another effective strategy is to email many of the staff at the company that owns the parking space, and to speak to the most senior person with the argument that you are appealing - keep politely proding them about it. They will quickly get fed up and agree to get the invoice cancelled!0 -

Here's a couple of starting points for you:

Thanks Umkonass.
I have spent a few mins making a list already, although some are council emails so I probably won't actually bother with them...
Can anyone let me know of others please? (PS to moderators, these emails are publically available information, not personal data. Do not remove please)

If you Google 'AOS members' you will find the BPA loooonng list of current PPCs (hence why we sometimes call them 'PPC World'!). Each entry shows their email addy as a link so one more click each time should get you their contact details...
Don't include Council ones!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

A lot of those are council based - not some!
As Umkomaas gave you the list of AOS members for both the BPA and IPC it will simply be the case of going to each website and finding the email.
Also you have a name of a debt collector there - is that intentional? - there are plently more of those also - especially Roxborughe who do the backroom work for smaller PPCs0 -
Thanks all for feedback
OK so I removed the council ones, and have 27. Perhaps I can make a seperate list for debt collectors. I notice some sites require you to fill in an online form, so im guessing they got fed up of people wasting their time via email before.
I would like to get this list to 100. That means just one mass email will equal well over 1 hour collective time for parking enforcement companies...

Is that all? There are lots more AOS members than that.
And this is a Council one: lewishamparking@nslservices.co.ukPRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

It's quite difficult to get the appeals email of some of them though...!
I was hoping people would post some from past experience appealing an invoice0
