MOVING THREADS FOR BETTER RESPONSES
Hi, we move threads if we think they’ll get more help elsewhere (please read the forum rule) so this post/thread has been moved to another board. If you have any questions about this policy please email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com.0 -
I don't think they're overly strict on enforcing it though. Theres been a few occasions we've walked out of a showing because the movie was so bad and got tickets to another film while the first was still showing. You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0

I wouldn't say it's ambiguous at all really, I'd interpret it the same way that everyone else has, and it would be something of a stretch to view it the way you have. It's always worth remembering Occam's Razor.0

It stops people booking 2 tickets because they cant make up their mind on which one to go and see.0

Is there a consumer rights issue here?0

Yes, they were asking about a clause in a contract. One important thing to remember is that when you get to the end of this sentence, you'll realise it's just my sig.0

I used to have an Unlimited card and I often used it for multiple showings within a day. You just can't get tickets for films showing simultaneously.
However, in my experience if you leave a film early because you aren't enjoying it, they will still give you another ticket. They just need to process it as a refund first.
If you do decide to sign up, check out the referrals board first, you can usually get a free month added on to the end of your contract.0 -
