There is a slip on the letter inviting her to name the driver, tell her to fill it in and add your address in Greece. They will likely try to say that's it's not serviceable address, but the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 doesn't say out of the uk is out of area. She discharges her liability and there is not really a lot they can do.

The problem is that they will likely ignore her letter and still try to pursue her. It would be easier if you just email an appeal to them as if you are her. Then when it's rejected you deal with popla

Do you think that the fact that i have paid for a drop off ticket, which must also be on the cctv footage ,that they would reject my appeal?
Also if i do as you say and then when its rejected i deal with popla.
Would popla agree with my complaint and drop the charges?

Popla will accept your appeal if the right wording is used, it's very little to do with what happened but all about the legal basis of this scam. We win 100% with forum assisted appeals there. And yes it's likely that ACPOA will reject this, they do 99% of the time
When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

    Welcome to MSE!

Your case is no different to any on here which is why I wrote a sticky thread of advice called 'Private Parking Ticket? Newbies please read these FAQs first' as already linked for you. You will find examples of POPLA appeals that will win, which include an APCOA/Airport version that you can easily adapt to suit.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
