Do you think that the fact that i have paid for a drop off ticket, which must also be on the cctv footage ,that they would reject my appeal?
Also if i do as you say and then when its rejected i deal with popla.
Would popla agree with my complaint and drop the charges?

Popla will accept your appeal if the right wording is used, it's very little to do with what happened but all about the legal basis of this scam. We win 100% with forum assisted appeals there. And yes it's likely that ACPOA will reject this, they do 99% of the time

I do hope that this forum can advise me when it comes to writing to popla.

Your case is no different to any on here which is why I wrote a sticky thread of advice called 'Private Parking Ticket? Newbies please read these FAQs first' as already linked for you. You will find examples of POPLA appeals that will win, which include an APCOA/Airport version that you can easily adapt to suit.
