I will revise if I manage to shave a few months off

Keep plugging away. It probably feels like it's a lifetime away but it will come round sooner than you think

My 0% runs out April 19 but I'm hoping I can slash that to Dec 18 at the very latest although potentially before that if I can live with cutting back on a couple of areas.

Quick edit, have done a snowball calculator today which says Oct 18 so that is my new target DFD.

2054 at my current repayment rate (bearing in mind I'm 53 now)

If I win my benefit appeal and go back to my previous repayment rate, 2029

If certain companies keep messing me around and suddenly applying charges or interest, who knows if it will ever get paid off before I die. It's become a standard yearly event for me to have to write to the Ombudsman about one of them. Always gets sorted in the end, but always causes me no end of extra stress and letters.

The bulk of my mortgage is paid off in 7 years, which will give us a lot more money towards our debts.
The way things are going, soon we are all going to be victims of something or other.

    Who will we blame then?
