    Are you copying and pasting? It doesn't seem to like copied and pasted reviews - but if you type something in first, and then copy the review, it usually accepts it

    Fantastic! I have removed the £ signs and its accepted it. Something so small can cause so much of a problem.

    I will get to my target miles and cash out. Given up with the site, loved it, but now just find it annoying.

    I hope those who were waiting on payments have finally been paid.


    I just came on here to report on my recent experiences with DooYoo. I was just short of an Amazon voucher when the site went down for re-design, and decided in the last couple of weeks to see if I could do anything about it. I managed to post a couple of reviews (using the same process others are reporting - posting one line first to see if it worked, then adding more by editing and free-typing the text in).


    Long story short - it worked. I got points for my reviews, the points cleared after the 72 hours in pending, I claimed a voucher last Thursday and it arrived today. Pretty unbelievable!


    As I say, I do hope everyone gets paid soon. I'm here just to add my experience to the pile - the site is unpredictable for sure, but in my case it worked.

    Update - still no payment (as of last night) and Dooyoo did not respond to my email reply requesting my user name which I sent last Tuesday. I've sent them another email asking where my money is. I'm pretty annoyed now I've been waiting over 2 months for this and that £50 means a lot to me. The least they can do is reply to me

    Anyone know where the list of miles per different category is? Want to check that I am actually getting points for any review I post or I won't bother.

    The miles were listed individually under each section on the All Categories tab. They stopped showing on the site at all a few hours after I pointed out on here that lots of categories were showing as No Miles!

    Books are currently paying out at level three as are homeware, health and clothing. The topics that were no miles were most of the old level one stuff bizarrely - most household appliances, blu ray players, IT related items etc!

    I've got to 50,000 miles so am cashing in. Fingers x'ed I get to see the dosh.

    If and when the site sorts itself out, I'll be back.

    So after no response I send them an email asking where my payment is, there reply? "What's my account details" AGAIN!! I replied and told them AGAIN, I just want my £50 now I'm so annoyed I've been waiting a good 2 months now, maybe longer

    Update -

    They responded and said they would get their accounts team to look at it. No further words AND I've emailed them again asking where my money is and no reply. I am seriously annoyed now
