I usually use [email="my_username_+the-company-name@my.ISP.com"]my_username_+the-company-name@my.ISP.com[/email] which means that

a) it's easy to kill file

b) it tells me who is selling my address

I got that too, but when I scolled down the page it said my application was successful and I would receive an email from them and I should click on the link in the email to confirm subscription
