The Sonesta St George is a great hotel but I wouldn't recommend it for children as pool area is packed with loungers. Fine for perhaps a couple of days but not for your whole holiday.

yes towels in your room for showering and also when you go down to the pool they give you towels for your swimming
have you also tried the pyramisis isis website booking cant remember if they were cheaper booking direct
we went last july when kids broke up from school very quiet then as it is there low season red hot
try this website www.sunshine.co.uk and go to hotel only
also dont fall for paying extra for nile view becasuse as far as im aware that all the family rooms face the nile anyway ???

on the all inclusive programme you only get beer and wine no spirits included so if you like spirits buy some at duty free and if its clear put it in water bottle

the meals are really goood you get an allowance for the pizza or chinese which is cooked fresh or you can have unlimited snacks from the pool or main bar which include steak chicken beefburger buns and chips
or there is the buffet restraunt
the only down thing everytime you want drink or meal you have to sign for
so just keep an eye on what your signing for
its worth going all inclusive because the drinks work out quite expensive
and also you get unlimited supply of bottled water.
