No, Telford College is in Edinburgh. Telford himself was actually a Scot.0 -

There is one planning condition in force but it ain't helpful.
The reason that a 21 000 student/700 staff college was restricted to a maximum 500 space car park was because the council insisted they were all going to come shoogling-in on those nice new trams.
