Here's your pepipoo thread with lots of advice to appeal it - that's what you must do:

    http://forums.pepipoo.com/index.php?showtopic=87222

I don't see there that you have shown 'your PCN, both sides' (as I said above) and nor have you shown a pic of the upright sign (a poster asked if you had viewed the CEO's photos...which would include the sign). So how can we/pepipoo know whether this perhaps was just a 'permit holder's bay' (which is NOT a residents bay). Happens a lot, could be another case of 'wrong contravention' compared to the signs/lines, could be missing wording on the back of the PCN. You never know till you show everything on pepipoo so reply there again and add the missing info.

I posted on there long before I posted on here, I only posted on here as I have had lots of 'different' advice telling me to do different things.
The back of the ticket is the standard ticket telling me how to pay it and there is no wording missing plus nobody has asked me for it since posting.
As I have already said, there is no mention of any pics being taken on the ticket and there is also no PIN number on there so I cannot login to view any pics which leads me to believe that none were taken.

I do believe that it is a permit holders bay but you can also purchase tickets from the pay and display machine ( I thought I had also mentioned that).

If you can filter out which advice I should follow then please do tell me but from what I've read, I have 3 or 4 people telling me different things which is why I don't know what to do.

    Many thanks
    Nice to save.

Hmmmm...post the back of the ticket on pepipoo, trust me. I post on pepipoo myself and in the end you will be asked for it so why not just post it in a reply now and ask for the experts to have a look.

A permit holders bay is not a Residents bay. Your PCN says 'residents or shared use'. Better to get the sign on GoogleStreetview then and post that link on pepipoo.

And I didn't feel you were being told to do conflicting things on pepipoo. Each poster tends to chip in with MORE advice, not conflicting stuff. Like on any pepipoo thread, everyone there so far is just suggesting things for your appeal - and you need to appeal.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

And rather than arguing about whether or not you should post scans of the front and back of your PCN (with personal info redacted), JUST DO IT! ;)

The people here and on Pepipoo who help out have LOTS of people to help, and don't have time to mess about. If someone needing help does what is asked, and someone needing help wants to argue rather than follow good advice, guess who is and who isn't going to get help?
