  • You say this spacey and I notice you have quite a lot to say about what people should do etc etc etc.

Well why dont you pull your sleaves up, go and help people who receive claims off forums and help them issue a counter claim or two and claim the costs you mentioned earlier........

Due to PE's misleading website claim the ASA are now taking an interest in self mis-promotions that are factually incorrect (previously they said they were not interested in this).

All the complainant need do is supply a screen grab to the ASA's online form and the references to the errors, to have the website 'information' removed or amended.

For someone who was telling people to pay parking eye, you might want to remember which side we are on.
Also please use some manners if you would.
I regard you in higher esteem than this, perhaps I was mistaken.
    Be happy...;)

Indeed I have done in the past, its a question of weighing up the options,

I was in mansfield court the other day at the very last minute , helped someone who was being sued for around 500 with a useless defence provided by someone on one of the forums, got the pe solicitor to settle for around 200 quid before it went into court, so yes I am quite happy to do so as the person didnt have a chance, they got away with paying £20 a week and no ccj,

I mean no disrespect but I see you offer a lot of advice of what people should do in court , what they should claim, which is is all well and good , but why dont u put this advice in to practical use?

Dont take this the wrong way but have u actually been inside a county court room in relation to a ppc claim?

Just a quick update on that High Wycombe case. The hearing was on Thursday 23/01, and on Friday 24/01, the defendant received his £90 costs cheque in the post.

So PE must have written and posted it on Thursday, as soon as their solicitor phoned through with the result. Rachel probably wanted to close the file, and forget all about it as soon as possible.

I have been providing assistance, including Lay Representation at Court hearings (current score: won 57, lost 14), to defendants in parking cases for over 5 years. I have an LLB (Hons) degree, and have a Graduate Diploma in Civil Litigation from CILEx. However, any advice given on these forums by me is NOT formal legal advice, and I accept no liability for its accuracy.
  • Yes I bet the solicitor gave her the full sp as well.....
