I have just recieved my new phone and all is well except I cannot answer any phone calls with this phone !
I am familiar with Samsungs as my last phone was the D900, so I know the layout / menus etc. I can accept a call and I can hear the caller but they can't hear me.....I can ring a number however again they can't hear me. I have not changed any of the settings so I'm at a loss as to what the problem is....before I return it is there something I should have done or not done and is so..what ???
TIA
