Fitter hid damage to worktop

    More help needed...and really scunered this time.

    so kitchen worktop been in for 4 weeks at max and already it is lifting /warped where one of the seams meet.Due to the other bits not done correctly i have been wiping everything up as it spills as was never sure of the workmanship after they hid the last bits.
    It obviously has not been sealed properly, .

    I have texts going back and forth between myself and the fitter in tegards to fitting and the last problem,.
    I really don't see how this could be fixed, to look flush again.

    Anybody an ideas if i go down the small claims court ( as a good bit of money was paid for the fitting and the worktops) how it would hold up
