Scary isn't it!
Ending up in Coroners scared me into how much I needed to document. It was a doctors mistake but I was in charge of patient when he bled out so we all had questioning
Yep , scared me to death , it's seems you're dammed if you do and dammed if you don't0 -
Evening all
Manic at work, 1800 booklets needed to be printed in one day, I started at 6:30 this morning & they were still churning out when I left at 3:30.
Colleague spoke to union rep re the heads refusal to allow her doing extra hours & me doing less, rep's response was 'Oh, I don't think it's something the union could get involved with'.
DG, part of the problem with the lifting is that there is no one to do it.
Cottage pie for tea, was yummy even if I do say so myself.
I'm off for a shower & an early night

Hester, just because there is no one to sk the lifting does not mean you should do it......and injure yourself0

Donny-gal I love the poem, I'm trying to remember that when I get stressed about chores, I've cut hoovering from 3 to once a week etc to give myself more realistic expectations and to spend time with my children
As to alone time, normally I do the food shopping on a Thursday after dinner, before the girls bath/bed time. A whole hour to myself
And every second Friday, DH cooks homemade pizza to give me a break
I love all 3 of my children but they are hard work, and I don't feel guilty for needing a small time outWe spend money we don't have, on things that we don't need, to impress people we don't like. I don't and I'm happy! Mortgage Free Wannabe :dance:Overpayments Made: £5400 - Interest Saved: £11,550 - Months Saved: 240 -
