Sky on YouView

Hi,
Where we live we cannot get "proper" Sky as we apparently have "too many trees surrounding our property" which would block the satellite signal. We also cannot get Virgin as this area doesn't have the cables.
For the last year or so I have been streaming Sky via Xbox which is fine apart from the fact that the live version doesn't show all content, for example some tv shows like The Simpsons cannot be viewed (something to do with Fox I think)
So I am thinking of going to YouView but I wanted to check that if I am paying for Sky One for example I will actually get all the content of Sky One?!
